Conference on urban climate and its impacts, Zürich 15. September 2023

Situated within the field of urban climatology and related disciplines, the conference will not only offer an opportunity to present findings from past and on-​going research projects as well as practical application in planning and in implementation, but also aims at providing a platform to network and strengthen the exchange of the Swiss research, service and implementation community focusing on the multifaceted interactions between cities, climate (change), and human health.

Contributions

We invite contributions addressing all urban microclimate challenges, from regulatory to architectural measures, measurement-based approaches over modelling and simulation studies to research on impacts on human health and mitigation measures. Most contributions will be in poster format. We particularly encourage interdisciplinary submissions and contributions from young researchers.
